The staff are very, very nice and really kind, we truly enjoyed them. The location is in a marvellous spot right by the ‘ center' of Sapporo.

In the heart of Sapporo, this hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. But let me tell you, the deep soaking bathtubs made me feel like I was relaxing in a hot spring! Absolutely heavenly, especially after a long day of exploring the city.

Really kind staff with a good portion of humor. Spotless and nicely decorated room with central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel television. Particularly good private bathroom.

I got an impeccably clean room with all necessary amenities. I loved the comfortable design here. Location: the hotel was next to restaurants and shopping businesses as well as the centre.

The location of this hotel is superb - it is very near the train station and right in the center of Susukino area. The cleanliness of the hotel and room is excellent, and the hotel facilities are also great. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety, and the staff were helpful, always greeted me with a smile.

The breakfast was decent, but the best part was the free coffee and soda in the lobby. The location was convenient to public transportation, and there were plenty of restaurants in the area. The room had a nice TV with HDMI access which was useful.

The room was really small and cramped, which made it hard to relax. There was also barely any storage space, so we had to keep our luggage out during our whole stay.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was great and they changed the menu every day. The room was small but super clean. Pillows and blankets are available at the front desk if needed. The hotel is conveniently located near the Susukino area and within walking distance to Sapporo Station. We were able to easily explore the main points of the city on foot.

I gotta say, staying at Comfort Hotel in Sapporo was totally worth it! The room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels I've been to in Japan. Plus, being just a 5-minute walk away from the bustling walking street was super convenient. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional too, even drying off our bags and giving us extra towels when we arrived from the rain.

The food for breakfast could've been a bit more varied, you know? But hey, the potato salad they served was absolutely delicious, so no biggie.
